Sondern weil die Formel in Schichten aufgebaut ist: Feuchthaltemittel ziehen Feuchtigkeit an, Emollienzen schließen sie ein, und eine Reihe von Wirkstoffen – Betain, Panthenol, Allantoin, Squalan, Ceramid-ähnliche Lipide – wirken auf jeder Ebene der Epidermis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEin effektives Feuchtigkeitssystem erfordert drei gleichzeitig wirkende funktionelle Schichten. Feuchthaltemittel mit 6 %+ Glycerin ziehen Wassermoleküle an und binden sie an die obere Epidermis für eine mehrstündige Hydratation. Emollienzen – Squalan und Sheabutter – füllen interzelluläre Lücken mit lipidnachahmenden Molekülen, stellen die glatte Textur wieder her und reduzieren den transepidermalen Wasserverlust.
