Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.

How to track

1. Check your dispatch confirmation email for your tracking number.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
3. If you checked out with an account, you can also view order status under My Account → Orders.

Tracking not received?

Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received a dispatch email within your expected shipping window, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@ambernay.com with your order number.
