Our Policy at a Glance

30-day returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Full refund if your product arrives damaged or faulty — no return required.

14-day statutory right of withdrawal for EU customers on all orders (see separate page).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@ambernay.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked service. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken
- Gift sets partially used
